MediHealth Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2014. Formerly known as MediHealth Intertrade, the company started its venture in November 2009 by supplying disposable medical equipments, disposable medical laboratory products, uniforms supply services and hospital equipments.

The R&D Studio is an award-winning animation and live-action content creation company. Notable projects include Disney’s Wizards of Warna Walk, the first long-form scripted television series by The Walt Disney Company in Southeast Asia, and Junglemajig, an animated TV series that became the first Malaysian project selected for the MIFA Animation du Monde pitches at the prestigious Annecy Animation Festival in France.

Additionally, the studio has produced two critically acclaimed animated short films that draw inspiration from the people, arts, and cultures of Southeast Asia. Batik Girl delves into themes of love and grief, weaving a visual world inspired by Trengganu batik textiles, while The Dalang’s Tale addresses domestic violence using visuals inspired by wayang kulit Kelantan.

We are now in the midst of producing a slate of three Feature Film products that will showcase R&D Studio’s innovative and creative strength.
